Cerberus Moto runs a “motorcycle co-op garage” where motorcycle riders can bring in their bikes and work on them using Cerberus Moto’s tools and power equipment. The staff are very busy and don’t have enough time to analyze their marketing strategy, let alone implement it.
They hired us for consultation in helping get their name out, including organizing events, leveraging social media, the Internet, and also for some website analysis.
We analyzed their website, and presented them with a document outlining several improvements.
We also organized a couple of motorcycle events at their location, which included a printing up t-shirts with their logo on them. We also advised them with some social media changes designed to get more interaction.
